- Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
- Liaise with utility suppliers
- Hold keys throughout the tenancy
- Retain a working fund and deal with day to day management
- Approve supplier invoices
- Arrange Gas Safety Record, Electrical Reports, Portable Appliance Testing, Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarms
